APA TERJADI PADA PELAN INDUK WAKAF

Minggu lalu di bawah tajuk “Umat Islam lebih Barat daripada Barat”, saya melahirkan rasa bimbang terhadap trend keterlaluan umat Islam menciplak model ekonomi Barat, terutama kapitalisme liberal merosakkan.  Trend ini dilihat semakin berleluasa seperti disaksikan di sekitar kota ikon Islam Makkah yang sedang pesat dibangunkan semula.  Dominasi hotel mewah bertaraf dunia berjenama Barat dan kompleks beli-belah menawarkan barangan berjenama mahal serta makanan segera berjenama global membawa banyak persoalan.



Namun pada akhirnya saya masih optimis setelah melihat beberapa pembangunan ikon Islamik dimajukan di Makkah yang berpotensi mengubah dan memperbaiki masa depan umat Islam. Ikon Islamik paling hebat ialah Kompleks Menara Zamzam yang mendominasi suasana sekitar Kaabah Baitullah.   Ia satu binaan yang mangagumkan, terutama kerana seluruh kompleks ini dibangunkan berlandaskan institusi wakaf, iaitu “Waqaf Raja Abdulaziz al Haramin al Sharifin.”



Wakaf pemacu pertumbuhan ekonomi



Setelah kembali ke tanah air, saya berkesempatan menyertai hari kedua sidang Mejabulat Ke 5 mengenai wakaf anjuran Suruhanjaya Sekuriti Malaysia (SC) bersama Pusat Kajian Islam Oxford (OCIS) yang diadakan di Hotel Le Meridien, Kuala Lumpur.  Sidang Mejabulat dihadiri beberapa para intelek, profesional dan barisan pemimpin institusi ekonomi serta perbankan Islam terkenal, termasuk di peringkat antarabangsa.



Perasmian Mejabulat disempurnakan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah, Pemangku Raja Perak, juga selaku Duta Kewangan Malaysia di Pusat Kewangan Islam Antarabangsa.  Memandangkan tema Mejabulat Ke 5 tertumpu kepada institusi wakaf, titah perasmian Raja Dr Nazrin fokus kepada tajuk bagaimana wakaf boleh menjadi pemacu pertumbuhan ekonomi bertujuan membawa impak besar terhadap pembangunan ekonomi, sosial dan kewangan sesebuah negara.



Sekali pun tidak berkesempatan menghadiri majlis perasmian, saya percaya teks titah perasmian wajar mendapat perhatian masyarakat.  Paling menarik perhatian saya, dalam menegaskan pentingnya peranan institusi wakaf, Raja Dr Nazrin Shah turut menonjolkan Kompleks Menara Zamzam sebagai contoh kejayaan penggemblengan kemudahan kewangan Islam memajukan harta wakaf untuk manfaat umat Islam khasnya.   Kompleks Menara Zamzam salah satu contoh terbaik kaedah mengkorporatkan aset wakaf dengan menggembleng wang dan modal pasaran kewangan menerusi pengeluaran Sukuk al Intifa’a atau “timeshare bonds”.



Justeru, adalah tepat sekali apabila Raja Dr Nazrin Shah menggesa supaya diubah persepsi sebahagian masyarakat yang melihat aset wakaf hanya dari perspektif agama semata-mata dan memeperluaskannya menjadi institusi relevan untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi semasa.



Meningkatkan produktiviti aset wakaf



Raja Dr Nazrin Shah menyatakan sejarah Islam kaya dengan contoh penggunaan wakaf yang sangat luas.  Selain untuk tujuan kebajikan, wakaf di zaman pemerintahan Khalifah Osmaniah berperanan penting memajukan kemudahan infrastruktur, terutama ketika pengembangan wilayah pemerintahan Islam ke Eropah.   Dalam pembangunan pendidikan pula, Universiti Al Azhar di Mesir terkenal selama lebih 800 tahun berkembang berdasarkan pembiayaan sumber wakaf.   Raja Dr Nazrin juga menyebut Hospital Kanak-kanak Shishli di Istanbul, Turkey, sebagai model wakaf ditubuhkan khas untuk tujuan kesihatan.



Saya yakin semua peserta Mejabulat bersetuju penuh dengan pandangan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah bahawa tiba masanya negara Islam memanfaatkan sepenuhnya institusi wakaf dan berusaha mengintegrasikan wakaf dalam bentuk baharu ke dalam proses pembangunan ekonomi negara masing-masing. 

Perbincangan Mejabulat juga memberi keyakinan manfaat institusi wakaf relevan bukan sahaja kepada pembangunan negara majoriti Islam, malahan juga untuk negara minoriti Islam, seperti di India, Britain, Singapura dan seumpamanya.  Turut menarik perhatian ialah kaedah digunakan dalam beberapa kes untuk menentukan manfaat wakaf tidak eksklusif hanya kepada umat Islam.  Jelas sekali institusi wakaf mampu distruktur dan disusun sebegitu rupa supaya semua warganegara, termasuk bukan Muslim, dapat menikmati hasil manfaatnya.

Saya juga yakin peserta Mejabulat menerima hakikat sektor wakaf, setelah dibangunkan secara berkesan dan produktif, berupaya menyumbang kepada penjimatan besar perbelanjaan kerajaan.  Penjimatan boleh berlaku apabila sektor wakaf berjaya memberi khidmat kebajikan masyarakat secara menyeluruh, terutama menyediakan jaringan keselamatan sosial atau social safety nettanpa membebankan kewangan kerajaan.

Justeru, sidang Mejabulat bersetuju sepenuhnya dengan penegasan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah bahawa sistem wakaf yang tersusun kukuh dan teratur boleh membawa impak besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi iaitu KDNK, juga pembangunan sosial sesebuah negara, selain mengesani dan memperkaya sekitaran industri kewangan.

Kekangan prestasi wakaf

Namun, untuk sampai ke tahap tersebut, beberapa kekangan dikenalpasti.  Selain disebut dalam titah perasmian, beberapa cabaran dan kekangan turut dibincang dengan panjang lebar dalam persidangan.  Seluruh Mejabulat bersetuju supaya semua kekangan segera diatasi pihak berwajib sebelum wakaf boleh diharapkan berperanan sebagai pemacu ekonomi.

Antara kekangan paling besar ialah kelemahan pada infrastruktur perundangan.  Sistem dan sekitaran perundangan kompleks seperti di Malaysia mendapat perhatian.  Peraturan dan prosedur penubuhan wakaf dan monopoli kuasa mengurus dan mengandalikan aset wakaf, iaitu status mutawalli, turut menjadi isu perbincangan.  Jelas sekali pembaharuan menyeluruh diperlukan sebelum wakaf dapat berperanan memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi negara.

Tindakan mengintegrasikan sepenuhnya institusi wakaf ke dalam sistem perundangan seperti diamalkan di Singapura turut menarik perhatian.   Pengalaman ini boleh dicontohi untuk mengatasi masalah berbangkit daripada campur-adukan perundangan konvesional dengan perundangan Islam yang menjadikan penguatkuasaan turut menjadi kompleks dan bermasalah.

Peruntukan undang-undang mengenai kuasa mengurus dan memegang amanah mutawalli juga wajar dikaji semula.  Untuk menjayakan Waqaf Korporat khasnya, terdapat pandangan penguasa wakaf harus berani menurunkan atau menyerahkan kuasa mutawalli kepada badan pengurusan profesional atau organisasi korporat yang diiktiraf khas untuk tujuan itu, tertakluk kepada kawalan dan pemantauan muktamad penguasa wakaf terbabit.

Demikian juga kelemahan berpunca daripada kerendahan upaya mengurus dan mentadbir aset wakaf yang sejauh ini rata-rata gagal dilakukan penuh berkesan oleh pihak penguasa wakaf.   Kelemahan dari sudut ini dilihat banyak mengakibatkan rendahnya pulangan dan terjejasnya penambahan nilai aset wakaf yang merugikan, selain banyak mengakibatkan pembaziran aset, sekali gus membantut penyempurnaan sepenuhnya niat pewakaf ketika mewakafkan harta. 

Kelemahan pengurusan harta wakaf juga dikatakan salah satu sebab utama kenapa ramai umat Islam hari ini tidak berminat mewakafkan harta, sekali pun mereka sedar betapa besar ganjaran pahala berwakaf dan berinfak di sisi agama.

Kesimpulannya, tiba masanya dunia Islam, dan Malaysia khasnya, tidak lagi ragu-ragu memberi perhatian serius terhadap usaha mengintegrasikan sepenuhnya wakaf ke dalam proses pembangunan.  Dengan cara ini, sistem ekonomi negara dapat ditransformasi dan disusun semula supaya berupaya bertumbuh dan berkembang mengikut kaedah lebih adil dan saksama.

Dalam satu pembentangan di sidang Mejabulat, saya berkongsi pengalaman penubuhan Waqaf Korporat di Malaysia, iaitu Waqaf An Nur Corporation Bhd pada 2006, yang nilai asetnya kini melebihi RM500 juta.    Antara lain, saya tegaskan perlunya segera dirancang pembinaan critical mass wakaf korporat Malaysia untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip ‘adil langsung ke dalam sistem ekonomi negara.

Titah perasmian Raja Dr Nazrin Shah turut menyatakan hasrat kerajaan Malaysia melancarkan Pelan Induk Korporat Wakaf seperti diumumkan dalam ucapan Bajet 2013 Perdana Menteri.  Persoalan yang berbangkit: Sejauh mana pelaksanaan Pelan Induk ini?   Sesungguhnya rakyat Malaysia menaruh harapan sangat tinggi terhadap institusi wakaf, khasnya Waqaf Korporat, membentuk satu sistem ekonomi lebih adil melindungi kepentingan jangka panjang rakyat majoriti berpendapatan rendah dan sederhana daripada terus dipinggir dan diketepikan.

Analisis Muktahir MH370 : Segalanya Sudah Diketahui?

Antara pendapat berkenaan kehilangan MH370

Akhirnya, segala analisis dan pengalaman Datuk Kapten Nik Huzlan Nik Hussain membawa kita kepada kunci jawapan terhadap misteri kehilangan MH370 yang sudah menghampiri sebulan lamanya. Sama ada kita suka atau tidak - beliau telah bercakap benar dan jujur, sekali gus melenyapkan seluruh teori berkenaan dakwaan bahawa pesawat MH370 mengalami masalah teknikal atau kerosakan.
Pada peringkat awal kehilangan MH370 - dengan segala data dan bukti yang ada dalam tempoh seminggu sejak peristiwa kehilangan pesawat ini berlaku, Datuk Kapten Nik Huzlan telah membuat beberapa kesimpulan yang lain daripada pakar-pakar penerbangan paparkan. Beliau seolah-olah lebih cederung mengaitkan kehilangan MH370 dengan perbuatan "yang tidak bertanggungjawab" yang dilakukan secara sangat rapi dan terancang. Antara kesimpulan awal Datuk Kapten Nik Huzlan adalah seperti berikut :
Mustahil sebenarnya untuk sebuah kapal terbang seperti MH370 terputus isyarat atau komunikasi kerana setiap pesawat ada 3 peringkat komunikasi dan ketiga-tiga ini memang berkualiti.
Selaian daripada itu, agak mustahil juga untuk kita semua mengatakan pesawat MH370 mengalami total ‘electrical shutdown’ dan sekiranya berlaku sekalipun, pesawat ada masa yang sangat cukup untuk buat pendaratan kecemasan. Bukan sahaja itu, setiap pesawat mempunyai banyak bateri dan bateri ini mampu menjana tenaga untuk pesawat.
MAS adalah syarikat penerbangan terbaik dari segi ‘maintainance’ kerana menurut kapten, Amerika Syarikat juga meminta MAS bantu dari segi ini.
4) Kualiti juruterbang MAS juga adalah yang terbaik, bahkan menurutnya, juruterbang MAS sering “diculik” oleh syarikat penerbangan lain.
5) Seorang juruterbang itu akan buat SEHABIS BAIK selagi ada harapan,untuk selamatkan pesawatnya,walaupun gunung ada di depan.Bukan semudah itu untuk mereka putus asa.
Setiap pesawat boleh terkena petir,itu biasa. Namun aliran arus elektrik itu akan mengalir mengikut bentuk pesawat dan keluar ke belakang.
Kapten Nik Ahmad Huzlan sempat menemplak laporan berita luar negara yang membuat berita yang cukup “nonsense & dongeng” apabila mengatakan pesawat MH370 MAS Malaysia Airlines telah pergi ke Rusia sedangkan untuk ke sana MH370 perlu melepasi Banjaran Himalaya termasuk pancaran radar dari Turki, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan
Datuk Kapten Nik Huzlan juga mendakwa bahawa, radar-radar di negara Thailand, India, Myanmar (mungkin ) dan negara-negara ‘tan’ di belakang, amat serius dan akan mengambil tindakan jika berlaku sebarang aircraft yang tidak dikenali di dalam airspace mereka. Negara seperti ini, sangat berbahaya jikalau dapat mengesan pesawat yang menceroboh kedaulatan negara mereka. Kecanggihan peralatan ketenteraan mengawasi ruang udara negara mereka tidak boleh dipermainkan. Begitu juga radar negara India “sangat-sangat berbahaya”.
Negara seperti Singapura memiliki radar sangat hebat serta mampu mengesan sebarang pesawat sehingga ke Kota Kinabalu.
Hanya pilot sahaja yang boleh mematikan transponder atau mmsg dalam mode tertentu.
Dan hanya orang yang berpengalaman mengenai koordinat dan tahu susur alur setiap jalan di udara.
Cara plane MH370 buat turning back seperti profesional kerana masa tepat dan kelajuan pesawat adalah stabil, tidak laju, tidak perlahan dan tidak terhuyung-hayang.

Datuk Kapten Nik Huzlan Nik Ahmad Hussain mengatakan andaikata MH370 dirampas, ia tidak mungkin dilakukan seorang. Pasti ada yang membantu yang mana bergerak dalam kumpulan. Siapakah dia?
MH370 boleh dirampas dengan syarat kumpulan tersebut arif dengan kokpit, besar kemungkinan “authorised person” yang mana dilakukan dalam bentuk terancang yang ‘mungkin’ digerakkan ala-ala komando
Datuk Kapten Nik Huzlan mengatakan kapal terbang MH370 berpatah balik, mungkin diterbangkan oleh seseorang yang mahir dengan laluan dan sangat berkemahiran tinggi untuk mengelakkan daripada dikesan radar.
Andaikata MH370 dirampas, ia tidak akan dilakukan oleh penumpang. Sangat tipis kerana pintu masuk kokpit ada kod rahsia. Hanya kabin krew yang tahu kod rahsia itu. Apatah lagi, di dalam kokpit mempunyai CCTV untuk pilot/co-pilot melihat disebalik pintu tersebut.
Tetapi Kapten Nik Huzlan ada mengatakan sekiranya salah seorang penumpang adalah orang yang sangat arif tentang kapal terbang, dan memang ada agenda konspirasi tersendiri, jadi tidak mustahil berlaku insiden MH370 dirampas.
Sekiranya berlaku rampasan MH370 sekalipun, mereka masih ada masa untuk bersedia menghantar isyarat kecemasan.
Datuk Kapten Nik Ahmad Huzlan tidak menolak kemungkinan sekiranya MH370 dirampas oleh kabin krew (pilot/co-pilot/pramugara/pramugari), cuma tidak dipastikan apakah motif mereka
Datuk Kapten Nik Ahmad Huzlan mendedahkan jikalau MH370 pergi arah Kazakhstan, memang boleh mendarat di sana, tetapi radar masih boleh kesan sebab untuk pergi ke sana perlu melalui banyak negara
Jikalau MH370 pergi Lautan Hindi (Indian Ocean), memang tiada kapal terbang yang pernah lalu di sana
Datuk Kapten Nik Ahmad Huzlan juga ada mengatakan bahawa terdapat banyak radar yang bolehmengesan MH370, sekiranya pesawat tersebut melakukan "turn over" ke arah Barat menuju ke Andaman Sea (Laut Andaman) Jika MH370 turun ke bawah menuju ke Diego Grasia ke arah apa yang dipanggil ‘lonely sea‘ iaitu Lautan Hindi, maka barulah kata kapal terbang MH370 hilang, kerana tiada radar yang berdekatan sana yang mampu menangkap dan mengesan pesawat MH370 ini.
Jelas, pada awal analisis Datuk Kapten Nik Huzlan - beliau secara sangat berhati-hati menganalisis cara MH370 dikendalikan. Melalui cara itu, maka hipotesis boleh dibuat dengan lebih kemas. Jika MH370 dipandu dengan cara cekap dan profesional semasa ia hilang daripada kawalan rada - maka MH370 sebenarnya tidak mengalami sebarang kerosakan teknikal atau mekanikal - sebaliknya ada sesuatu yang berlaku di luar jangkaan kita semua.
Terkini, setelah hampir sebulan MH370 tidak ditemui, dan dengan pendedahan data terbaharu berkenaan gambar yang dirakam pada sesi penerangan yang datangnya daripada pihak berkuasa kerajaan Malaysia termasuk Malaysia Airlines kepada keluarga mangsa penumpang di China - telah membawa kita kepada satu tahap kesimpulan yang lebih menyakinkan. Dan sekali lagi hipotesis Kapten Nik Huzlan menjadi sandara. Sebenarnya secara tidak langsung, Kapten Datuk Nik Huzlan telah pun memadamkan segala teori dan hipotesis sebelum Ini! Sudah lebih 3 minggu berlalu, dan dunia termasuk pakar-pakar yang terlibat terus memerah buah fikiran bagi mencari jawapan disebalik tragedi MH370 yang mengandungi pelbagai persoalan yang terus dibiarkan “tergantung” sehingga ke hari ini. Dan melihat kepada bukti terbaru ini, maka sekali lagi Kapten Datuk Nik Huzlan mengukuhkan hujahnya seperti berikut :
1) Nampak terang di sini pesawat MH370 kelihatan berpusing disebelah kanan pada kedudukan 270 darjah
2) Kapten Nik Huzlan menilai pusingan pesawat MH370 adalah “pusingan yang sempurna dan tiada cacat celanya” dan terus merentas semula laluan yang pernah dilakukannya sebelum itu dan pusing semula di sebelah kiri dan seterusnya menuju ke arah Pulau Pinang
3) Dan ini bermakna pesawat MH370 tidak mengalami sebarang kerosakan seperti yang dipercayai oleh seorang juruterbang berpengalaman.
4) Kapten Nik Huzlan sendiri terkejut dengan maklumat terbaharu ini dan sekaligus bercanggah dengan informasi dan maklumat yang mengatakan selama ini pesawat MH370 hanya melakukan pusingan kiri sahaja.
5) Buat pertama kalinya, pesawat MH370 dikatakan telah melakukan pusingan kanan.
6) Kapten Nik Huzlan mengatakan pesawat MH370 melakukan pusingan kanan sebaik sahaja co-pilot Farid mengucapkan perkataaan “Alright, Good Night” dan terus merentasi ke arah Teluk Siam dan terus pergi ke Pulau Pinang.
7) Jikalau pesawat MH370 mahu pulang semula ke Malaysia, MH370 hanya perlu pusing kiri terus ke Malaysia.
8) Jikalau pesawat MH370 dalam keadaan kecemasan mengapa perlu MH370 melakukan satu pusingan disebelah kanan secara perlahan-lahan dan kemudian merentas laluan yang dilakukan sebelumnya? Mengapa?
9) Kapten Nik Ahmad Huzlan merasakan perbuatan dan cara pengendalian MH370 seperti dirancang dengan cukup-cukup teliti.
10) Dan, jikalau ada kecemasan sekalipun, mengapa juruterbang atau pembantunya tidak berhubung dengan mana-mana pusat kawalan trafik udara? Mengapa?
11) Bahkan Kapten Nik Huzlan mengatakan dari IGREX, cara pesawat MH370 terbang pun sangat-sangat meragukan kerana dilihat mahu mengelak Laut Sumawi dan Pulau Nicobar dan memotong jalan merentasi terus ke selatan Lautan Hindi yang mana laluan tersebut adalah merupakan laluan yang tiada satu pun berada di bawah kawalan radar.
12) Cuma Kapten Nik Huzlan mula merasa pelik dan merasakan tidak logik untuk pesawat MH370 sampai ke IGREX pada 2:15 pagi (8 Mac 2014). Pesawat MH370 buat pusingan kanan pada pukul 1:31 pagi. Pergi ke Pulau Pinang dan seterusnya ke VAMPI dan signal point yang terakhir ke IGREX pada pukul 2:15 pagi. Apa jawapan Kapten Nik Huzlan? Pesawat MH370 tidak akan dapat sampai pada IGREX dalam tempoh hanya sekitar 40 minit sahaja melihatkan tahap kelajuan yang boleh dicapai pesawat MH370 dan juga pusingan kanan dan kiri yang telah dilakukan oleh pesawat MH370 ini. Berdasarkan kajian Kapten Nik Huzlan, kelihatan teori Human Interferance (perbuatan yang disengajakan) amatlah kuat melihatkan pesawat MH370 sebenarnya “under full control” kerana ia mampu membuat corak pusingan kanan dengan baik ditambah pula mampu merentas semula laluan yang perlu dilakukan sebelum itu.
Kapten Nik Huzlan mengatakan dengan pendedahan bukti terbaru ini bakal menghapuskan teori dan hipotesis yang dicanang selama ini kononnya pesawat MH370 mengalami kerosakan tidak benar.

MH370 PRESS STATEMENT

BY MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT, MALAYSIA

1. Support for relatives of those on board MH370

a. The Malaysian Government appreciates the importance of providing the relatives of those on board MH370 with accurate, up-to-date and verified information. Malaysia has also strived to ensure that Governments whose nationals were on board MH370 are fully briefed.

b. China had more nationals on board MH370 than any other country. Malaysia recognises its duty to provide the Government of China with verified information, which it can then use to brief the Chinese relatives of those on board MH370. Since MH370 went missing, Malaysia has been in constant communication with the Chinese authorities, at numerous levels of government, to ensure an accurate and timely flow of information. Since 8 March, Malaysia has provided the following members of the Chinese Government with full and thorough briefings:

- H.E. Zhang Yesui, the Chinese Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Special Envoy of the Government of China.
- H.E. Huang Huikang, the Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia.
- Officials from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
- Officials from the Aircraft Accident Investigation Department (AAID).
- Members of the Chinese air force who have particular expertise in radar.
- Malaysia also sent a delegation to Beijing led by Deputy Foreign Minister Dato' Hamzah Zainudin, who met with his Chinese counterparts Vice Foreign Ministers Zhang Yesui and Liu Jian Chow.

2. Today’s briefing for the Chinese relatives

a. A special briefing session was held today for the Chinese relatives of those on board MH370. The briefing took place from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Hotel Bangi in Putrajaya.



b. The briefing session was moderated by Tan Sri Ong Ka Ting, the Prime Minister’s Special Envoy to China.



c. Datuk Azharuddin, Director-General of the Department of Civil Aviation, gave the opening statement, which reads as follows:

I understand you have many questions about what happened to your loved ones and to flight MH370. We are here today to give you as much information as possible, to help you understand why and how the international investigation team have reached its conclusions about MH370’s movements.

The investigation into MH370 has been unprecedented. With so few clues to go on, investigators from around the world have been forced to use new methods to try and understand what happened.

The information we have been working from is the best we have. We have followed the evidence as it has led us from the South China Sea to the Straits of Malacca; from the Andaman Sea to the Northern and Southern corridors; and finally to the Indian Ocean.

Throughout the process, I want to assure you that we have done everything in our power to locate MH370. We have spared no effort and expense. We have worked hard, and co-operated with everyone who could help – including the people who are here today.

We will now begin the technical briefing.

d. The technical briefing was provided by the Department of Civil Aviation and Chinese technical experts.



e. Also present at the briefing, to help answer questions from the relatives, were:

b. This morning, the Minister had a telephone call with the British Secretary of State for Defence, Phillip Hammond. During the call, Defence Secretary Hammond confirmed that Britain will send HMS Tireless, a Trafalgar-class nuclear submarine with sonar capabilities, to help in the multinational search operation for MH370.



4. Prime Minister’s trip to Perth

a. Prime Minister Najib Razak is due to land at Perth International Airport at approximately 23:00 local time on Wednesday 2 April.



b. The Prime Minister is due to visit Pearce Air Force base on Thursday morning to meet with personnel involved in the multinational search operation for MH370. The Prime Minister will also be briefed on the latest developments regarding the search.



c. The Prime Minister is due to hold a bilateral meeting with Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot later on Thursday morning.

1. Briefing for families

Tomorrow a closed-door briefing meeting for the families will be held in Kuala Lumpur.

The Department of Civil Aviation and Malaysia Airlines will lead the briefing, which will be moderated by the Prime Minister’s Special Envoy to China. Technical experts from Malaysia, China and Australia will participate in the briefing, and the Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia will attend.

2. Transcript

Today we are releasing the full transcript of communications between flight MH370 and Air Traffic Control Kuala Lumpur. The transcript has been shared with the families, and is attached as an Annex to this press release. There is no indication of anything abnormal in the transcript.

The transcript was initially held as part of the police investigation. Previously, Malaysia Airlines had stated initial investigations indicated that the voice which signed off was that of the co-pilot. The police are working to confirm this belief, and forensic examination of the actual recording is on-going.

The international investigations team and the Malaysian authorities remain of the opinion that, up until the point at which it left military primary radar coverage, MH370’s movements were consistent with deliberate action by someone on the plane.

Introductory statement 

Before I begin today’s briefing, I would like to reiterate what Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot said this morning.
The international co-operation underway in the search for MH370 is nothing short of tremendous.

The militaries of Malaysia, Australia, the United States, New Zealand, China, Japan and Korea are all working to find the missing plane.

I should also like to point out that Indonesia has given clearance for 94 sorties - by aircraft from nine different countries - to fly in their airspace, as part of this search.
As Prime Minister Abbot said, it is heartening to see so many different countries working together for a humanitarian cause; to resolve this extraordinary mystery; and to bring closure for the families of those on board.

Prime Minister’s trip to Perth

This morning, the Prime Minister spoke with Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot. Prime Minister Abbot gave a full update on the status of the search operations, headed out of Perth.

Our Prime Minister has decided to travel to Perth on Wednesday for a working visit to Pearce Air force base, to see the operations first hand and also to thank the personnel involved in the multinational search effort, including the Malaysian personnel.

Operational update

This afternoon, the Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia briefed me on the creation of a new, Joint Agency Co-ordination Centre (JACC), which will be based out of Pearce Air force base in Perth.

The JACC will be headed by Air Chief Marshal (ret.) Angus Houston, the former Chief of the Defense Force Australia.
The JACC will co-ordinate operations between all Australian government agencies and international search teams.

As per the information that we have received from the Australian authorities, the area of search today is 254,000 square kilometres.

Today, nine military aircraft and one civilian aircraft travelled to the search area. These planes were:

• two Malaysian C-130.
• one Chinese Ilyushin IL-76.
• one Japanese Coast Guard G5.
• one Australian P3 Orion.
• one New Zealand P3 Orion.
• one New Zealand civilian aircraft.
• one American P8 Poseidon.
• one Japanese P3 Orion.
• one Korean P3 Orion.

Today eleven ships were also deployed to the search area:

• Eight Chinese ships:
- the Xue Long,
- the Kunlunshan,
- the Haikou,
- the Qiandaohu Jian,
- the Jing Gang Shan,
- the Haixun,
- the Dong Hai Jian,
- and the Nan Hai Jian.
• Three Australian ships:
- the HMAS Success,
- the HMAS Toowoomba
- and MV Barkley Pearl, which is currently transiting in the search area.

The Malaysian ship, the KD Lekiu, is expected to arrive in the search area on 3 April.

The ADV Ocean Shield - fitted with the towed pinger locator and a Bluefin 21 autonomous underwater vehicle - is due to arrive in the search area on 3 April.

In terms of the sightings of potential objects:

On Saturday, five objects were retrieved by HMAS Success and the Haixun. However, it was found that none of these objects were related to MH370.

On Sunday, an Australian P3 Orion made visual sightings of seven potential objects. A Korean P3 Orion also made visuals of three potential objects.

The Chinese ship, the Haixun, was tasked on Monday to retrieve these potential objects.

3. ASEAN Defence Ministers’ meeting

In my capacity as Malaysian Defence Minister, I will leave tonight for the United States Pacific Command in Hawaii.
I will attend the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ meeting, which will be held from 1st to the 3rd of April.

The meeting is being convened by US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel.

On behalf of the Malaysian Government, I will share with my ASEAN counterparts, and the Government of the United States, the latest developments regarding the search for MH370.

I will convey to our ASEAN neighbours and the United States, Malaysia’s utmost appreciation for their invaluable help in the multi-national search effort.

I will also use this opportunity to discuss the possibility of deploying more specific military assets, in the event that we need to embark on a more complex phase of the operation. I shall be discussing with the United States, and our other friends and allies, how best we can acquire the assets needed for possible deep sea search and recovery.

Meeting with the Indonesian Special Envoy

Today, I held a meeting with the Indonesian Special Envoy and Special Advisor to the Foreign Minister, Madam Wiwiek Setyawati Firman, and her delegation. The delegation included H.E. Mr. Herman Prayitno, the Ambassador of Indonesia to Malaysia.

The Special Envoy expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Government of Malaysia and the multinational team conducting the search operation.

The Special Envoy also stated that Indonesia fully understands the complexity and the magnitude of the challenge ahead, and reaffirms its unshakeable support for Malaysia.

Next of Kin

Yesterday a group of families, whose loved ones were on board MH370, arrived in Kuala Lumpur from Beijing.
The Government is due to hold a high-level briefing soon for these families, to update them on the latest developments regarding the search for MH370.

The briefing will include international experts who were not available during the briefings in Beijing, including experts from China. It will also be broadcasted live to other families in Beijing.

The search for MH370 continues to be a large, complex, multinational effort involving many countries and international agencies.

Much of the research that has been used to track MH370 has been provided to the Malaysian investigators by our international partners.

This research is extremely complicated, involving teams of highly specialised experts, many of whom are based in different countries around the world.

The briefing will provide an opportunity for the families to hear directly from some of these experts. The experts will be able to explain the research, the data and the methodology that has informed the search operation.

Concluding remarks

We understand that it has been a difficult time for all the families. And we appreciate that many families want to see physical evidence before they will accept that MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean.

We find ourselves in a difficult position. I repeat: the question that the families principally want answered, is the question we simply do not have the answer to - namely, where their loved ones are, and where is MH370.

On Saturday I met with the Malaysian and Chinese families based in Kuala Lumpur. It was the most difficult meeting I’ve ever attended.

The families are heartbroken. For many, the strain of the past few weeks has been unbearable. But the one message they delivered to me again and again is not to give up hope.
And I promised the families that Malaysia, working with our international partners, will not give up hope. We will continue with all our efforts to find MH370.

This is a promise that Malaysia intends to keep. We will continue searching, and we will keep investigating, and we will never give up until we find out what happened to MH370.

MH370 TWIN JET IN TEL AVIV: ROLE OF ISRAEL AND SOROS EXPOSED

BANGKOK - It is by no mere coincidence, when telltale evidence of a Mossad role in the MH370 hijack was starting to snowball, that Israel's embassies and consulates were suddenly shut down due to a "strike by diplomatic staff". This fork-tongued alibi was obviously meant to prevent law enforcement agencies across Asia and the Western world from questioning Israeli intelligence agents and military attaches about the whereabouts and fate of the hundreds of passengers.

The Jewish state's diplomatic corps has retreated further into a tortoise shell, perhaps because of the hammer blow from investigative journalist Christopher Bollyn, who previously exposed Israel's hand behind the 911 attacks. Based on eyewitness reports from a network of plane watchers in Europe and in Israel, Bollyn reports that an identical production model of the Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 is being kept out of regular service inside a hangar at Tel Aviv Airport.

Seattle-based Boeing assembles aircraft in pairs as its standard practice, but the question is how one jet was leased by Malaysia's national carrier while the matching plane was secretly turned over to the Israeli government without a purchase order from state-run El Al airlines.

Bollyn uncovered the fact that the two jets were delivered to a third-party company, whose top manager has a longtime connection with the George Soros. From the timeline of events, it is obvious that the plane transfers and subsequent electronic hijacking were part of a larger strategy, which was aimed at:

first, a planned false-flag attack involving mass murder of American citizens to be blamed on the two Iranians aboard MH370, in order to prompt the White House to order air strikes against Iran's nuclear facilities and air defenses; and

second, the blatant theft of key technology related to Freehold Semiconductor's Kinesis microchip, the world's tiniest microcontroller, for use in miniature weapons systems that will ensure Israeli military supremacy for decades to come.

Bait and Swtich
Why do the Israeli false flaggers need to hijack the Malaysian sister-plane, when just one plane will suffice for the ruse? The mint-condition jet in Tel Aviv would be refitted with Stealth cloaking, state-of-air avionics (aviation electronics, DU-tipped munitions and high-temperature explosives, but fake evidence of Malaysian origins are needed to complete the ruse. Therefore, identifying metal tags and other identifying parts have to be removed from MH370, along with seat covers, crew uniforms and the bodies of the two Iranians, to be frozen in a morgue. The deception would, be complete with the transfer of the stripped Malaysian jet to El Al.

The cover story for TIME and the New York Times would fly as easily as a captured jetliner, running something like "The Iranian hijackers overcame the crew and flew the jet into a military airfield in Iran. Then the Revolutionary Guards loaded the plane with gasoline drums for a suicide mission against innocent civilians and our congressmen in Washington DC. We mourn the loss of the Capitol and the White House in the intense blaze that destroyed half of our beloved capital, but we face the future with courage and will deliver justice against that terrorist state. The last of the Axis of Evil will share the fate of its erstwhile partners. Now, from the Superdome, let's hear Lady Gaga sing the Star-Spangled Banner." Those are fighting words that can snap average Americans out of their antiwar malaise. Yes, propaganda is made for consumption by fools.

Going Boeing: We Know Why We're Here
Boeing's motto is precision perfect when it comes to MH370. No other aircraft manufacturer (think of McDonnel Douglas, for example, or long-gone Hughes) is closer to the US intelligence services. More than a business corporation, Boeing is a state unto itself, with a vast network of facilities around Seattle and at every major airport around the globe. Less visible are its connections with obscure airlines operating in remote islands, where it is routine to find amputated limbs of human-sacrifice victims floating into Puget Sound. The company provides for all of its powerful customers needs, desires and wildest fantasies, as expressed in its older slogan: Forever New Frontiers.

One of those frontiers is remote piloting of civilian aircraft, based on drone warfare technology, which Boeing developed from prototypes designed in Israel. The pair of 777s for Malaysia and Israel are new editions, and therefore rigged to fly by wireless.

Boeing delivered the twin jets to a middleman in October 2013, who delivered one to Malaysian Airlines in November. The timing coincides with the appointment of Joanne Magruire, a veteran Lockheed Martin Space Division executive, to the board of directors of Freescale Semiconductors, whose Kuala Lumpur staffers involved in the design of the Kinesis KL02 microchip were aboard MH370. The plan went like clockwork.

Who is Abdol Moabery?
The twin Boeing jets were sold to GA Telesis, an aircraft leasing and servicing company, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The owner of GAT is Abdol Moabery, the son of Iranian immigrants in the posh Woodlawn Hills suburb of Los Angeles.

Before and after September 2001, Moabery was executive manager of Skywatch, a company that supplied monitoring devices for the rooftops of office towers. The electronic device can spot as many as 300 flying objects in one sweep and single out the one flying toward the targeted property. Handy indeed to welcome your boss on the helipad in Manhattan and also to direct his pilot toward the right building.

One of the partners in Skywatch was New York City Mayor Rudolf Guiliani, who claimed his interest was solely in its potential application to monitor US borders against illegal immigrants. One immigrant who slipped past the Skywatch net was Mohamad Atta. Despite or perhaps because of Skywatch, the two jetliners flew into the Towers like Robin Hood's arrows.

Six months after 911, Moabery left Skywatch to start up GA Telesis in Florida, a state then governed by fellow Republican Jeb Bush and where 911 suspects had extensive flight training.

Prior his term at Skywatch, Moabery served in the US Navy and then worked in executive positions for two Soros-owned aviation companies, Aviation Systems International and C-S Aviation. C-S stands for Chatterjee-Soros. Purnenda Chatterjee is a former Stanford Research Institute and McKinsey partner, whose Chatterjee Group funneled investment funds into West Bengal on behalf of his mentor Soros. In 2011, investors in North Carolina filed charges against Soros and his protege for fraud and embezzlement, an won the initial case by arguing that Soros concealed his ownership of the bankrupt company. Soros is not the Midas he pretends to be, often escaping out the back door leaving behind angry investors.

Moabery takes an interest in homeless children as founder of the charity called Kids in Distress.

Lord of the Skies and Depths
The Boeing corporate vice-president for Southeast Asia is Ralph "Skip" Boyce, the former US ambassador to Jakarta and Bangkok. The prize job came as reward for his past services to Boeing, black operations and the pedophile network. After his retirement from government service, Skip didn't break his stride:

-Boyce had just sold dozens of Boeing civilian aircraft to a new airline controlled by the Indonesian military just before the "accidental" crash of a demonstration model of a lower-cost Sukhoi Super 100 passenger plane for inexplicable reasons into a mountain after takeoff from the joint U.S.-Indonesian Halim Air Force Base.

Some background on the business-savvy man from Boeing:

- Boyce was on duty during the Bali bombing. Then editor of Jakarta Post Robert Finnegan, a retired Marine and founder of the 5th Estate news site, found evidence of high explosives and nuclear materials at the bomb site, which pointed to a US intelligence role in the killing of Australians undercover agents and Indonesian civilians. The ambassador in response arranged his removal from his editorship.

- Ambassador "Boyz" was the de facto dean of American envoys in Southeast Asia when anti-pedophile activist Sean Parlaman jumped off his apartment balcony in Pattaya, Thailand, according to local police on the pedophile payroll. His protection of high-ranking pedophiles in the State Department and Congress coincided with the discovery of the skeletons of 500 Indonesian boys inside a cave in Bali and intimidation of a Cambodian orphanage as a recruiting ground for sex slaves whose average age was 10 years old.

Boeing is certainly out there on the frontiers.

Dolphins at Diego Garcia
Instead of flying to Iran immediately, MH370 presumably landed at the gateway to the Persian Gulf, Diego Garcia, the presumption being based on eyewitness accounts in nearly Maldives of a low-flying plane on descent toward that destination.

On the surface and from satellite images, Diego Garcia seems a barren atoll. That's because most of the US Navy and Air Force bases are underground inside vast bunkers installed a decade ago. The island, part of the British-owned Chagos archipelago south of India, later made headlines as the storage site for hundreds of bunker-buster JDAM bombs for a joint Israel-US airstrike against Iran's nuclear facilities and air defenses.

The Israeli military and intelligence presence on Diego Garcia is so massive that long-distance phone operators offer a special discount card for calls to Israel. The Israeli Navy's nuclear-missile capable Dolphin submarines refuel and are serviced at Diego Garcia, saving the time and expense of going to Elat on the Red Sea.

An IDF Dolphin sub from Diego Garcia sank the South Korean frigate Choenan. The Dolphin crew, panicked by the unscheduled voyage, fired a smart torpedo at the frigate. On the following two days, South Korean naval divers rescued several Caucasians, including two drowning victims, from a sunken submarine. That Dolphin submarine, based at an underwater base south of Inchon, was later replaced with an IDF order for a new sub from HDW Germany. Cannon fire from the Choenan's sister ship had hit the Dolphin after it sank the Choenan, following delivered nuclear-weapons material to the North Korean military.

Israel is neck-deep in intrigue across Asia, including nuclear deals with North Korea and Japan. As mentioned earlier in this series on MH370, Israeli-linked agents including Google and Facebook have monitored email servers across Southeast Asia and hacked into computers of Palestinian supporters.

The role of Israeli intelligence assets inside Muslim-dominated Malaysia is a long-running issue that involves strings of stay-behind agents left by the British colonial authority. These underground networks are descended from two strands of Jewish administrators and merchants in colonial Malaya. First are those who have origins in the Ottoman empire and migrated under Britain's favorable policy toward the Donmeh Jews (hidden Jews inside the Islamic community across the Arab realm, Turkey and Iran) during the Ataturk period. Second are Baghdadi Jews involved in the opium trade. More recent recruits are ordinary bureaucrats and military officers who are in need of a handful of shekels to pay their gambling debts.

The spotting of increasing amounts of flotsam and jetsam off the Australian coast are meant to throw public attention off track. In actual flotation situations, there would be less debris with each passing day, as seats become waterlogged and life jackets deflate. Obviously, submarines from Diego Garcia are jettisoning pieces of aircraft through their missile hatches with blasts of compressed air. Bodies can be frozen in morgues with life jackets to be partially opened before dispatching them out the torpedo tubes.

Soros Gets More Than a Pound
The Malaysian jetliner, and its hidden sibling in Tel Aviv, are the instruments that should have guaranteed Zionist supremacy over the global economic and political order throughout this century. Instead, their grandiose design is collapsing under its own fabrications and delusions, as Israeli envoys scurry into the shadows like rats under spotlights. The FBI and Interpol have a monumental task ahead. Crush Israeli terrorist apparatus and hunt down their cells until world civilization is safe again.

"Thieves, murderers and liars" are mere words that can hardly describe the crafty criminality of the Israeli spy chiefs. But what about their paymaster, what does Soros get out of the deal? That was back in 2008. (The Zionist-influenced Western media and Wall Street bankers quickly denounced Mahathir as "anti-semitic", forgetting out of their dismal cultural ignorance that an Asian Muslim cannot be such since fellow believers across the Arab world are more Semitic than European Jews.)

If revenge is a dish best served cold, Soros has ice in his veins and waited till his dying days to gouge out a pound of flesh from Malaysia's body politick.

At the risk of sounding as soft as Lady Portia with her aristocratic Venetian accent, let me suggest that the world community is to be governed with compassion for the poor and genuine democracy, and not by a top-down global order imposed with violence and greed from a self-appointed religious minority. So as the noose tightens on that little rogue state that would be king of our planet, let us mourn the victims of Flight 370 as much as we grieved over those who died inside the World Trade Center. Such bloodthirsty evil should never be allowed to strike again.

Seattle-based Boeing assembles aircraft in pairs as its standard practice, but the question is how one jet was leased by Malaysia's national carrier while the matching plane was secretly turned over to the Israeli government without a purchase order from state-run El Al airlines.

Bollyn uncovered the fact that the two jets were delivered to a third-party company, whose top manager has a longtime connection with the George Soros. From the timeline of events, it is obvious that the plane transfers and subsequent electronic hijacking were part of a larger strategy, which was aimed at:

first, a planned false-flag attack involving mass murder of American citizens to be blamed on the two Iranians aboard MH370, in order to prompt the White House to order air strikes against Iran's nuclear facilities and air defenses; and

second, the blatant theft of key technology related to Freehold Semiconductor's Kinesis microchip, the world's tiniest microcontroller, for use in miniature weapons systems that will ensure Israeli military supremacy for decades to come.

Bait and Swtich
Why do the Israeli false flaggers need to hijack the Malaysian sister-plane, when just one plane will suffice for the ruse? The mint-condition jet in Tel Aviv would be refitted with Stealth cloaking, state-of-air avionics (aviation electronics, DU-tipped munitions and high-temperature explosives, but fake evidence of Malaysian origins are needed to complete the ruse. Therefore, identifying metal tags and other identifying parts have to be removed from MH370, along with seat covers, crew uniforms and the bodies of the two Iranians, to be frozen in a morgue. The deception would, be complete with the transfer of the stripped Malaysian jet to El Al.

The cover story for TIME and the New York Times would fly as easily as a captured jetliner, running something like "The Iranian hijackers overcame the crew and flew the jet into a military airfield in Iran. Then the Revolutionary Guards loaded the plane with gasoline drums for a suicide mission against innocent civilians and our congressmen in Washington DC. We mourn the loss of the Capitol and the White House in the intense blaze that destroyed half of our beloved capital, but we face the future with courage and will deliver justice against that terrorist state. The last of the Axis of Evil will share the fate of its erstwhile partners. Now, from the Superdome, let's hear Lady Gaga sing the Star-Spangled Banner." Those are fighting words that can snap average Americans out of their antiwar malaise. Yes, propaganda is made for consumption by fools.

Going Boeing: We Know Why We're Here
Boeing's motto is precision perfect when it comes to MH370. No other aircraft manufacturer (think of McDonnel Douglas, for example, or long-gone Hughes) is closer to the US intelligence services. More than a business corporation, Boeing is a state unto itself, with a vast network of facilities around Seattle and at every major airport around the globe. Less visible are its connections with obscure airlines operating in remote islands, where it is routine to find amputated limbs of human-sacrifice victims floating into Puget Sound. The company provides for all of its powerful customers needs, desires and wildest fantasies, as expressed in its older slogan: Forever New Frontiers.

One of those frontiers is remote piloting of civilian aircraft, based on drone warfare technology, which Boeing developed from prototypes designed in Israel. The pair of 777s for Malaysia and Israel are new editions, and therefore rigged to fly by wireless.

Boeing delivered the twin jets to a middleman in October 2013, who delivered one to Malaysian Airlines in November. The timing coincides with the appointment of Joanne Magruire, a veteran Lockheed Martin Space Division executive, to the board of directors of Freescale Semiconductors, whose Kuala Lumpur staffers involved in the design of the Kinesis KL02 microchip were aboard MH370. The plan went like clockwork.

Who is Abdol Moabery?
The twin Boeing jets were sold to GA Telesis, an aircraft leasing and servicing company, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The owner of GAT is Abdol Moabery, the son of Iranian immigrants in the posh Woodlawn Hills suburb of Los Angeles.

Before and after September 2001, Moabery was executive manager of Skywatch, a company that supplied monitoring devices for the rooftops of office towers. The electronic device can spot as many as 300 flying objects in one sweep and single out the one flying toward the targeted property. Handy indeed to welcome your boss on the helipad in Manhattan and also to direct his pilot toward the right building.

One of the partners in Skywatch was New York City Mayor Rudolf Guiliani, who claimed his interest was solely in its potential application to monitor US borders against illegal immigrants. One immigrant who slipped past the Skywatch net was Mohamad Atta. Despite or perhaps because of Skywatch, the two jetliners flew into the Towers like Robin Hood's arrows.

Six months after 911, Moabery left Skywatch to start up GA Telesis in Florida, a state then governed by fellow Republican Jeb Bush and where 911 suspects had extensive flight training.

Prior his term at Skywatch, Moabery served in the US Navy and then worked in executive positions for two Soros-owned aviation companies, Aviation Systems International and C-S Aviation. C-S stands for Chatterjee-Soros. Purnenda Chatterjee is a former Stanford Research Institute and McKinsey partner, whose Chatterjee Group funneled investment funds into West Bengal on behalf of his mentor Soros. In 2011, investors in North Carolina filed charges against Soros and his protege for fraud and embezzlement, an won the initial case by arguing that Soros concealed his ownership of the bankrupt company. Soros is not the Midas he pretends to be, often escaping out the back door leaving behind angry investors.

Moabery takes an interest in homeless children as founder of the charity called Kids in Distress.

Lord of the Skies and Depths
The Boeing corporate vice-president for Southeast Asia is Ralph "Skip" Boyce, the former US ambassador to Jakarta and Bangkok. The prize job came as reward for his past services to Boeing, black operations and the pedophile network. After his retirement from government service, Skip didn't break his stride:

-Boyce had just sold dozens of Boeing civilian aircraft to a new airline controlled by the Indonesian military just before the "accidental" crash of a demonstration model of a lower-cost Sukhoi Super 100 passenger plane for inexplicable reasons into a mountain after takeoff from the joint U.S.-Indonesian Halim Air Force Base.

Some background on the business-savvy man from Boeing:

- Boyce was on duty during the Bali bombing. Then editor of Jakarta Post Robert Finnegan, a retired Marine and founder of the 5th Estate news site, found evidence of high explosives and nuclear materials at the bomb site, which pointed to a US intelligence role in the killing of Australians undercover agents and Indonesian civilians. The ambassador in response arranged his removal from his editorship.

- Ambassador "Boyz" was the de facto dean of American envoys in Southeast Asia when anti-pedophile activist Sean Parlaman jumped off his apartment balcony in Pattaya, Thailand, according to local police on the pedophile payroll. His protection of high-ranking pedophiles in the State Department and Congress coincided with the discovery of the skeletons of 500 Indonesian boys inside a cave in Bali and intimidation of a Cambodian orphanage as a recruiting ground for sex slaves whose average age was 10 years old.

Boeing is certainly out there on the frontiers.

Dolphins at Diego Garcia
Instead of flying to Iran immediately, MH370 presumably landed at the gateway to the Persian Gulf, Diego Garcia, the presumption being based on eyewitness accounts in nearly Maldives of a low-flying plane on descent toward that destination.

On the surface and from satellite images, Diego Garcia seems a barren atoll. That's because most of the US Navy and Air Force bases are underground inside vast bunkers installed a decade ago. The island, part of the British-owned Chagos archipelago south of India, later made headlines as the storage site for hundreds of bunker-buster JDAM bombs for a joint Israel-US airstrike against Iran's nuclear facilities and air defenses.

The Israeli military and intelligence presence on Diego Garcia is so massive that long-distance phone operators offer a special discount card for calls to Israel. The Israeli Navy's nuclear-missile capable Dolphin submarines refuel and are serviced at Diego Garcia, saving the time and expense of going to Elat on the Red Sea.

An IDF Dolphin sub from Diego Garcia sank the South Korean frigate Choenan. The Dolphin crew, panicked by the unscheduled voyage, fired a smart torpedo at the frigate. On the following two days, South Korean naval divers rescued several Caucasians, including two drowning victims, from a sunken submarine. That Dolphin submarine, based at an underwater base south of Inchon, was later replaced with an IDF order for a new sub from HDW Germany. Cannon fire from the Choenan's sister ship had hit the Dolphin after it sank the Choenan, following delivered nuclear-weapons material to the North Korean military.

Israel is neck-deep in intrigue across Asia, including nuclear deals with North Korea and Japan. As mentioned earlier in this series on MH370, Israeli-linked agents including Google and Facebook have monitored email servers across Southeast Asia and hacked into computers of Palestinian supporters.

The role of Israeli intelligence assets inside Muslim-dominated Malaysia is a long-running issue that involves strings of stay-behind agents left by the British colonial authority. These underground networks are descended from two strands of Jewish administrators and merchants in colonial Malaya. First are those who have origins in the Ottoman empire and migrated under Britain's favorable policy toward the Donmeh Jews (hidden Jews inside the Islamic community across the Arab realm, Turkey and Iran) during the Ataturk period. Second are Baghdadi Jews involved in the opium trade. More recent recruits are ordinary bureaucrats and military officers who are in need of a handful of shekels to pay their gambling debts.

The spotting of increasing amounts of flotsam and jetsam off the Australian coast are meant to throw public attention off track. In actual flotation situations, there would be less debris with each passing day, as seats become waterlogged and life jackets deflate. Obviously, submarines from Diego Garcia are jettisoning pieces of aircraft through their missile hatches with blasts of compressed air. Bodies can be frozen in morgues with life jackets to be partially opened before dispatching them out the torpedo tubes.

Soros Gets More Than a Pound
The Malaysian jetliner, and its hidden sibling in Tel Aviv, are the instruments that should have guaranteed Zionist supremacy over the global economic and political order throughout this century. Instead, their grandiose design is collapsing under its own fabrications and delusions, as Israeli envoys scurry into the shadows like rats under spotlights. The FBI and Interpol have a monumental task ahead. Crush Israeli terrorist apparatus and hunt down their cells until world civilization is safe again.

"Thieves, murderers and liars" are mere words that can hardly describe the crafty criminality of the Israeli spy chiefs. But what about their paymaster, what does Soros get out of the deal? For one thing, the Mossad turns over the Kinesis microchip technology as thanks for his patriotism. Chips aside, what Soros really, really wants is the satisfaction of payback against Malaysia. Few things are more important than money, and that short list includes revenge.

The Hungarian Jew tycoon, who bought US citizenship after defrauding the Bank of England, has a die-hard grudge against Malaysia. During his cunning attempt to wreck the currencies of Southeast Asian, with the hidden agenda of buying assets and property on the cheap, Soros was slammed down by Malaysia's then Prime Minister Muhammad Mahathir, who imposed a currency board to stop capital flight. That was back in 2008. (The Zionist-influenced Western media and Wall Street bankers quickly denounced Mahathir as "anti-semitic", forgetting out of their dismal cultural ignorance that an Asian Muslim cannot be such since fellow believers across the Arab world are more Semitic than European Jews.)

If revenge is a dish best served cold, Soros has ice in his veins and waited till his dying days to gouge out a pound of flesh from Malaysia's body politick.

At the risk of sounding as soft as Lady Portia with her aristocratic Venetian accent, let me suggest that the world community is to be governed with compassion for the poor and genuine democracy, and not by a top-down global order imposed with violence and greed from a self-appointed religious minority. So as the noose tightens on that little rogue state that would be king of our planet, let us mourn the victims of Flight 370 as much as we grieved over those who died inside the World Trade Center. Such bloodthirsty evil should never be allowed to strike again.
